Guji is one of the zones in Oromia Region and was previously categorized as part of Sidamo.
Coffee is produced in five woredas (counties): Uraga, Adra, Shakiso, Hambela and Kercha. Among them, Uraga is known as an area with a particularly high altitude, and the northwestern provincial border area is a mountainous area with an altitude of about 2,800m.

Washing stations are said to have been introduced in the 1970s in Guji and the adjacent Yirgacheffe and Sidamo areas, and these areas are major producers of washed coffee in Ethiopia, and are also known for their high-quality coffee. It is considered to be a famous production area.

Zeleram Coffee Washing Station is a washing station located at an altitude of over 2,000m in Guji, Uraga, and Solomo, Oromia. The production and processing of cherries brought in from small-scale farmers living nearby is being carried out.

Various rules have been established to improve quality, and the cherries brought in are hand-picked again before processing, with immature and over-ripe beans being removed, and only the most uniformly ripe cherries are carefully selected before being accepted by the washing station. This raises producers' awareness and harvesting accuracy, and aims for consistent quality every year.

There are more than 200 African beds inside the washing station, and each table has a code assigned to it, allowing each lot to be properly managed. It is managed so that the status of the lot can be checked.

It is characterized by a clean taste, with distinctive flavors such as apricot and berry that tend to become more pronounced in the aftertaste. You can also feel a firm sweetness in the aftertaste.

It has a good balance and is a natural Ethiopian product that I would recommend to anyone.
