The Santa Ana region in the northwest of the Republic of El Salvador, near the border with Guatemala, is the region that produces the best quality coffee in El Salvador. There are many coffee plantations on the slopes of the Santa Ana Volcano, the symbol of this region, that take advantage of the volcanic soil, and the influence of the humidity and winds from the Pacific Ocean gives them a wonderful microclimate. The top-class coffee from this Santa Ana region is said to have a quality and flavor that exceeds that of neighboring Guatemala.

This time we will introduce a unique coffee that is made by carefully selecting single origin coffees by the agricultural cooperatives in the area and then selecting them at the prestigious Hotahil Selection Center. The coffees are grown at the best farms in the area, but we have selected the ones that are by far the best in terms of quality through cupping.

In addition to the juicy, sharp acidity that is characteristic of SL28 , the flavors of ginger, apricot, and anise stand out, and the two are well balanced and in harmony. Although it is not a brand from a single farm, the quality is so amazing that you would think it was a cooperative product!
The altitude and soil were carefully selected among the surrounding farms, and the cleanliness of the cup makes it stand out among the high-quality El Salvadoran coffees.
