I used the Ethiopia Guji Uraga Natural Process in my box set from CROWD ROASTER , and was impressed by the low number of defective beans and the beautiful, sweet, and complex flavor that was developed.

Guji is one of the zones in Oromia Region and was previously categorized as part of Sidamo.
Coffee is produced in five woredas (counties): Uraga, Adra, Shakiso, Hambela and Kercha. Among them, Uraga is known as an area with a particularly high altitude, and the northwestern provincial border area is a mountainous area with an altitude of about 2,800m.
