"Black Marriage Trinity" is a special set that is designed to be paired with high-cocoa black chocolate. The black chocolate is paired with " BPC El Salvador/Espana Farm/Anaerobic Natural", a coffee with a deep flavor that goes well with the chocolate.
This brand of coffee was roasted by three people: Suzuki Kiyokazu ( GLITCH COFFEE＆ROASTERS ), Yuya Iwasaki ( TAKAMURA COFFEE ROASTERS ), and Shin Sano (ROASTERIA ORCHARD).
The flavor of BPC is reminiscent of black cherries, with a lingering aftertaste that includes the acidity and sweetness of apricots, and a rich flavor that is reminiscent of aged wine, which is unique to Anaerobic Natural. Three roasters have created a gorgeous BPC with three different roasting degrees. It has been finished with consideration for compatibility with all kinds of chocolate.

Each roaster has a completely different approach and roasting technique, so even if the beans appear to be roasted to the same degree, you can enjoy a wide variety of flavors. Darker roasts go well with fragrant almond-based chocolate, and lighter roasts go well with the acidity of fruit, making this a dream coffee set that can be paired with any chocolate.
Of course, we want you to enjoy pairing this set with chocolate, but you can also enjoy it as a tasting comparison of the same brand. Tasting different roasters is a unique way to enjoy CROWD ROASTER !
