Of course, each of our roasters is highly skilled.
Unlike last time, this time we left it up to the roasters to decide how hot they thought it would be best, and they roasted the beans to a level that would allow them to fully express their individual personalities.
I think you will be able to experience even more the differences in each roaster's approach to roasting and their perception of each brand.
