CROWD ROASTER 's "Rosanjin Cafe" opens for a limited time at the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art
CROWD ROASTER will be opening a special cafe where you can enjoy the coffee that Rosanjin loved for three days only from November 10th (Friday) to 12th (Sunday) at the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art, where the special exhibition "Modern Japanese Painting and Kitaoji Rosanjin - Rediscovering the Beauty of Japan" is being held.
CROWD ROASTER will be holding its first ever pop-up cafe in the cafe space of Hokkaido's premier art museum, the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art.
This will be your chance to enjoy CROWD ROASTER coffee in Sapporo.
This pop-up cafe, named "Rosanjin Cafe," will coincide with the ongoing "Modern Japanese Painting and Kitaoji Rosanjin Exhibition" and will serve the high-quality Hawaiian coffee that was highly praised by Kitaoji Rosanjin.
When Rosanjin visited Hawaii on his way to America, he wrote the following:
Hawaii is surprisingly good for food, and the ice cream and coffee served at Aloha Airport were amazing. (Omitted) Hawaiian coffee is also amazing. Perhaps it's because of the climate and the soil, but the coffee itself is of the highest quality. On top of that, the milk tastes great. It's truly a recent find.Excerpt from "Hawaiian Edible Frogs"
Rosanjin states that the coffee produced in Hawaii's environment and climate is of very high quality.
