" ignis " is a specialty coffee shop located in Sendagi, Tokyo, known as a pioneer of top-lot coffee. Eiji Dobashi , the owner and roaster of ignis , has joined CROWD ROASTER . To commemorate this, a very special "LUNA DE PANAMA BOX" will be released, a luxurious tasting set of coffees roasted by Dobashi from the most famous farms in Panama.
Dobashi has roasted coffee from many auction lots and top lots, including purchasing the highest price ever for Gesha Village in Ethiopia.
Dobashi describes Panamanian coffee as "overwhelming."
"The intensity of the flavor, the complexity of the taste, the length of the finish, the quality of the acidity, and the high level of sweetness. I think it's overwhelmingly delicious."
This special set contains three types of extremely rare lots, each 50g, from a special Panamanian farm that Dobashi was eager to try.
