  • How is this different from the existing CROWD ROASTER app?

    You can instantly purchase roasted coffee beans from our online store. Unlike the app's "roast event" or "reserved bean" system, you can shop like you would on a regular e-commerce site.
  • What kind of products do you sell?

    -Roasted coffee beans: High-quality coffee beans made by top roasters
    Coffee equipment: Dripper, grinder, kettle, etc.
    Coffee Accessories: Filters, storage containers, mugs, etc.
  • When are the coffee beans roasted?

    Please check the product details.
  • I want to know the product availability

    The stock status is displayed on the product page. If the item is out of stock, it will say "SOLD OUT" and we will also state when it will be restocked.

About purchase

  • Do I need to register as a member?

    No. Only available for guest purchases.
  • Can I cancel my order after placing it?

    Cancellation is possible before shipping. Please note that cancellation is not possible once shipping preparation has begun.
  • I want to change my order

    Changes may be possible before shipping begins. Please contact us immediately.
  • Can I get gift wrapping?

    Gift wrapping is available (fees apply). Please select the gift wrapping option when placing your order.
  • Can I ship multiple items together?

    We will ship items with the same delivery address and delivery date together whenever possible. However, items with different shipping times may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or product characteristics.

Regarding delivery

  • How much is the shipping cost?

    Separate shipping charges will be applied.

  • Can I specify the delivery date?

    The earliest date and time you can specify is two days after the next day. The date you can specify may change depending on the product's stock status.
  • I want to change the shipping address

    Changes are possible before shipping. Please contact us immediately. If you change the shipping address after shipping, you may need to request a forwarding procedure from the shipping company.
  • My item hasn't arrived

    If you have not received your order within a week, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the status of your order.
  • Can I return or exchange the product?

    Returns, exchanges and cancellations due to customer convenience: Due to the nature of the product, this cannot be accepted.
    Defective product/wrong delivery: Please contact us in advance by phone or email, and then return the product within 8 days of receiving it. We will cover the shipping costs for the return. If we can provide the same product, we will exchange it. If not, we will refund you. In the case of a refund, the refund will be made to the credit card used for payment.
