The Esmeralda Farm is a legendary farm in Panama. It is the farm that started Geisha boom and has become synonymous with Geisha .

This time, CROWD ROASTER will be offering the Esmeralda Special, a premium variety of coffee from the Esmeralda farm that is distributed in extremely limited quantities. The Esmeralda Special brand can only be used on Geisha of exceptional quality that are offered at private auctions, and it accounts for less than 10% of the entire farm.

This time, CROWD ROASTER team contacted BRISA & TIERRA, a Panamanian specialty coffee trading company, and was able to purchase Esmeralda Special exclusively.

CROWD ROASTER 's Esmeralda Special Project has been well-received since the first installment, and for the third installment, we had Tomomichi Morifuji from RED POISON COFFEE ROASTERS roast the beans.

Geisha was selected using the same method as the first natural selection, but is from a different lot harvested on a different date.
By shifting the harvest date, the degree of ripeness of the coffee cherries changes, allowing you to enjoy a flavor that is different from the first release.

The high quality is evident even at the raw bean stage. Even when cupped with a sample roaster, the rich peach-like sweetness and clarity that is unique to Geisha Natural are outstanding.

After much deliberation, together with CROWD ROASTER 's in-house cupper, we decided that for our third instalment, we would have Tomomichi Morifuji from RED POISON COFFEE ROASTERS roast the beans.
 
The flavors that Morifuji brought out this time were "peach and jasmine."
We carefully finished it with cinnamon roast to bring out the best flavor of the top-class Geisha Natural.
When I cupped the roasted beans that arrived yesterday, the aroma was so rich that it was hard to believe they had just been roasted. The level of perfection is truly impressive, as you would expect from Morifuji 's roasting.
The moment it is finely ground for cupping, the gorgeous aroma reminiscent of peach and rose, unique to Geisha Natural, spreads.
