Coffee from the renowned España Estate in El Salvador, established in 1860, has arrived in Japan for the first time. This coffee is so unique it will completely change your perception of El Salvadoran coffee. Processed using the anaerobic natural method, it boasts flavors of berries and black cherries, with a lingering finish of apricot-like acidity and sweetness. The estate's meticulous finishing process clearly expresses the distinctive berry notes, making it a coffee that can be enjoyed like a fine wine.
