We are looking for a barista to brew and serve ultra-high quality coffee. We will use the world's finest coffee beans, including COE and BoP brands, to provide our customers with the ultimate coffee experience. You will be responsible for the extraction and serving of ultra-high quality coffee, including COE and BoP brands, as well as preparing for cupping events, consulting with customers on high quality coffee product proposals, prototyping and providing feedback on new coffee-related products, and general store operations.

You will play an important role in providing a new coffee experience in the special location of Ginza.

You will be responsible for all aspects of store management, including general store operations and sales management, staff training and shift management, inventory management and ordering, cooperation with the operations headquarters, store strategy planning, and participation in new store launch projects.

Manufacturing section

We are looking for production staff to play a central role in our coffee production. You will be involved in all processes of high-quality coffee production, from roasting coffee beans to quality control and new product development. Utilizing industry-leading roasting techniques, you will create an unprecedented coffee experience. Coffee lovers are welcome, even those with no experience! Thorough training will help you become a professional production staff member.

You will be responsible for roasting coffee beans and quality control, cupping, taste evaluation and quality checks, new product development, recipe creation and prototyping, improvement, efficiency and standardization of the manufacturing process, inventory management, shipping and delivery preparation, maintenance and upkeep of manufacturing equipment, mass production of coffee for stores and commercial use, and delivery operations.
