A special Panama Geisha roasting event hosted by Koike Tsukasa has begun!

A special roasting event by Koike Tsukasa , owner and roaster of COFFEE VALLEY (Ikebukuro, Tokyo), will start on September 6th!

The coffee that Tsukasa roasts is Panama Geisha , considered to be the best in the world.

Among them is Geisha Washed coffee from Auromar, a world-renowned farm that has won the Best of Panama competition many times, which determines the best Panamanian coffee.

Tsukasa roasts this Auromar Geisha Washed coffee, which is said to be a very clean, polished, crystal-like coffee, at a medium roast!

Tsukasa 's specialty is medium roast, which has a good balance of sweetness, aroma, and acidity.

Tsukasa comments that the coffee is roasted gently so as not to spoil the delicate notes of jasmine, floral, and muscat that are characteristic of Geisha

It is a medium roast with sweetness and body, resulting in a coffee with the gorgeous flavor that is characteristic of Geisha .

This is a very rare coffee, so there are no plans to release the same beans again.

On Friday, September 6th from 3pm to 7pm, Japanese Barista Champion Takayuki Ishitani will be appearing as a guest barista at COFFEE VALLEY .

Using this Auromar Geisha Washed coffee for the roasting event, Ishitani served a set of espresso and milk beverages.

In addition, there will also be an original mocktail (non-alcoholic cocktail) using Auromar Geisha that can only be enjoyed on this day!
