Product Description
ATELIER COLLECTION BLACK BARON "Black Baron" is a series that takes the deep-roasted beauty of Manabu , which has been cultivated in Japanese coffee shop culture, and elevates it to the extreme with a modern interpretation.
By perfecting our development techniques, which allow us to roast the coffee to a deep black without burning it, we are able to clearly bring out the flavors and aromas unique to Spelt coffee, as well as the terroir in which the brand was nurtured, even in the rich, dark roast finish.
The bitterness is eliminated and your whole body is enveloped in the sweetness, richness, and rich flavor that can only be achieved through an exceptionally deep roast.
That is the Black Baron experience itself.
The rare Geisha coffee is grown in the volcanic soil of Santa Ana, El Salvador. The region's unique mineral-rich volcanic ash soil and ideal altitude create a unique and complex flavor. This ultra-dark roast, crafted using traditional Japanese dark roasting techniques, delivers a rich, chocolate-like flavor and smooth texture, perfectly balanced with Kyoho grape fruit, salty caramel nuts, and the fragrant aroma of fried onion, resulting in a deep, lingering flavor.
