The green beans are grown in the Kirinyaga County of Central Province, Kenya, at an altitude of 1,600-1,800m, and carefully processed using the washed method. The grade is AA, the highest grade in Kenya, and the screen size is 17-18, making it the highest quality grade.

Contrary to the common perception that Kenyan coffee is "very sour," this brand boasts a robust sweetness reminiscent of brown sugar, a distinctly Kenyan berry flavor, and a complex overall taste.

About the coffee roaster

The roasting was handled Raw Sugar Roast ( Yuya Kosakada ). Because Kenyan beans tend to dry out easily, a different roasting approach was deliberately taken compared to washed coffees from other origins, resulting in a bright, rich acidity and a long-lasting aftertaste. This cup showcases the new appeal of Kenyan coffee, crafted with care in every step from cultivation and harvesting to processing and roasting.
