About the brand

【EYAW】 Yirgacheffe G-1,Wegida Blue, Washed . This is a special G1 grade lot made from heirloom beans grown at an altitude of 1,900-2,000m in Alicha, Gedeo District, Ethiopia, and processed using the washed method at the Alicha washing station. It is made from coffee beans from approximately 650 producers.

It offers flavors reminiscent of lime and blood orange, a sweetness similar to yellow peach, and a medium-bodied taste.

About the coffee roaster

The roasting was handled by Koike Tsukasa of COFFEE VALLEY . His goal is a roast that leaves a clean, sweet aftertaste that lingers for a long time. He specializes in medium roasts, but also works with a wide range of roasts from light to dark. He uses the "PROBATONE12" roaster from Probat, a German company, which allows for a wide range of roasts, a well-balanced roast, and a finish that easily brings out the impression of sweetness.
