Farm owner Juan Carlos Gregg Mesa cultivates the traditional El Salvadoran Red Bourbon variety on a 3.5-hectare farm inherited from his grandfather. Under meticulous year-round care, the wine is finished using the honey process.

When roasted to a medium level, you can enjoy the acidity and sweetness reminiscent of oranges and limes, along with a juicy body.

About the coffee roaster

The roasting was handled by Daito Hagiwara of THE COFFEESHOP . The beans were roasted to a light to medium level, bringing out the vibrant flavors of lime, sugar, and orange.
