Every day, I continue to brew in pursuit of the ideal hand drip, wondering how I can make the brew more delicious.

And the more I pursued it, the more I started thinking about what I could do to modify my current drip to reduce the bitterness, and how I could bring out more flavor and sweetness. I think it will come.

However, although this seems easy, it is surprisingly difficult to correct hand drip.
In other words, it is not easy to change the way you brew coffee because you are used to it on a daily basis, and you end up getting lost.
I think that the more you get into it, the more you will realize that.
I am one of those people.
