This time we would like to introduce you to Bar Yu-nagi, an authentic bar that has been on Ginza Suzuran Street for 17 years.
The owner and bartender, Toshiyuki Kamiki, was born into a farming family in Saitama Prefecture. Through his experience working for an agricultural cooperative, he met farmers who produce amazing fruits and vegetables, and opened a bar that mainly serves fruit cocktails using those fruits.
As a bar that specializes in Japanese agricultural products, it is also popular with Hikaru from overseas.

"The concept of our bar is to make well-known cocktails using the best ingredients. I came across some amazing tomatoes at the agricultural cooperative that can be enjoyed anywhere in the world. The Bloody Mary, which uses these tomatoes, is our signature cocktail. For our gin and tonics, we use citrus fruits such as sudachi from Tokushima Prefecture and lemons from Hiroshima Prefecture. We try to use as many Japanese produce and alcoholic beverages as possible."
Kamiki is extremely particular about the ingredients he uses in his cocktails, and the coffee he chose to make his Black Russian was CROWD ROASTER .
"Originally, the Black Russian is a high-alcohol, slightly sweet cocktail made with vodka and coffee liqueur, but at our bar we use vodka CROWD ROASTER iced coffee to make a slightly lower-alcohol, less sweet cocktail.
Many of our male customers say they don't drink sweet cocktails, but since we started serving Black Russian, more and more customers have said they can drink it."
This coffee was created together with CROWD ROASTER , based on Kamiki's request. He told us again what kind of order he made.

"I asked them to make a coffee that I could drink at night. It's not heavy, but it has a nice aroma, so I think they really did make a coffee that met my request. Customers often praise the taste and aroma, so it has a very good reputation."
Kamiki says that more and more customers are asking him, "What kind of coffee is this?"
When CROWD ROASTER explains that they select top-class coffee beans and roasters to create original coffee, they say that customers are convinced that this is why their coffee is so delicious.
He also told us that the delicious aroma often leads to customers ordering an additional cup.
"The aroma is very important, and I think that when I'm making a cocktail, other customers place orders when they smell it. Even when this coffee is iced, the aroma spreads throughout the shop, so sometimes the next customer places an order while another customer is drinking a Black Russian."
Also, since the COVID-19 outbreak, the number of people who do not drink alcohol has increased, so we now offer our original coffee as hot coffee in our stores.
"When you make hot coffee, the delicious aroma will definitely encourage the next customer to order.
