Yoshiyuki Nakamura a roaster from Okinawa's mamepolepole , who has twice won the Japan Roasting Championship, has created Geisha honey process from Kallithea Farm, a treasure of the Volcano Highlands in Panama. Geisha honey grown on steep slopes bathed in dazzling sunlight has a gentle acidity and a sweet aftertaste. The deep flavor makes this an elegant cup that is perfect for the silence of the morning.

The salon is revolutionizing the sweets industry with its popular Natural Afternoon Tea, which uses only organically grown ingredients, and Amazonian cacao parfaits. In collaboration with CROWD ROASTER , the store has added the highest quality Panama Geisha to its menu.
Chef Seki, who is particular about the ingredients he uses, will be using the rare Criollo cacao, known as the "phantom cacao," grown in the Amazon rainforest in Peru. The traditional method involves covering the cacao with banana leaves, fermenting it, and then drying it in the sun.
Its rich fermented aroma, robust flavor, and pleasant acidity with subdued bitterness create a perfect harmony with the flavor characteristics of the two Geisha varieties.
