In particular, we deliver many new varieties and beans processed with new methods that allow our customers to experience the new possibilities of coffee.
For SHOMA ISHIHARA , the roaster at "TRUNK COFFEE," roasting is a crucial process that involves taking the coffee produced by the producers and working to make it as delicious as possible, ultimately satisfying consumers.
