To celebrate ETHICUS Yoshiya Yamazaki 's participation in CROWD ROASTER , a special tasting set of three different coffees, the " ETHICUS harmonia BOX," will be available in limited quantities!
This set of three 50g coffees allows you to enjoy three types of coffee roasted by Yamazaki : Kenya, where you can enjoy both light and dark roasts, and the newly introduced Galapagos Islands.
Yamazaki calls himself a coffee roasting engineer and approaches coffee as an engineer.
With 10 years of experience as a barista at Segafredo Zanetti Espresso, he is skilled in both light and dark roasts.
These are the two types of coffee beans that Yamazaki roasted for this set.
