From Aomori to the world, new roaster Yudai Hashimoto 's drink comparison set is now on sale

To commemorate COFFEEMAN good Yudai Hashimoto 's participation in CROWD ROASTER , a limited-edition " COFFEEMAN good BRIDGE BOX" is available, a set that lets you compare three different types of coffee!

This set of three 50g coffees allows you to enjoy three different types of coffee roasted by Hashimoto : a Brazilian coffee from CROWD ROASTER limited lot with different roast degrees, and a rare coffee from the Galapagos Islands.

Although it is a small coffee stand located in a shopping arcade in Aomori City, Hashimoto 's mission is to "create a coffee culture from Aomori that can be proud of on a global scale," and they welcome guests from both Japan and abroad. When they set up a stall at coffee festivals, it is so popular that there is a never-ending line of people waiting to get in.
The shop offers coffee to suit your tastes, even offering the same brand with different roast degrees.

We roasted the Brazilian Bourbon from San Jon Grande Estate to both a medium and a high roast, allowing you to enjoy both the fruity medium and the silky sweetness of the high roast.

Additionally, La Primavera Farm in Ecuador produces a rare coffee from a farm in the Galapagos Islands, with flavors of citrus and brown sugar.

Hashimoto participates in many competitions and always strives to meet world standards. He truly serves as a bridge between Aomori and the world, introducing coffee from around the world and spreading Aomori's coffee culture to the world.
