Zerelam Coffee Washing Station is a washing station located in the highlands of Guji, Uraga, and Solomo in the Oromia State, at an altitude of over 2,000 meters.
Here, various rules are in place to improve quality. Cherries brought in are hand-picked again before processing, unripe and overripe beans are removed, and only perfectly ripe cherries with high uniformity are selected before the washing station accepts them. This raises the awareness and harvesting precision of the producers, resulting in a consistent quality delivered year after year.

This lot consists of Ethiopian heirloom beans harvested through the meticulous work of Hartmann Farm and then carefully selected using the honey process.
