At the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art in Sapporo, a special cafe produced by CROWD ROASTER will be open for three days only, from November 10th (Friday) to November 12th (Sunday).

This special cafe is named ``Rozanjin Cafe'' in conjunction with the special exhibition ``Modern Japanese Painting and Kitaoji Rosanjin Exhibition - Rediscovering the Beauty of Japan'' being held at the Hokkaido Museum of Modern Art. We offer quality Hawaiian coffee.

 

After viewing the exhibit, many people enjoy the Hawaiian coffee that Rosanjin highly praised.

 

 

The brand we prepared this time is ``Hawaii Kona Cansino Family'', and we asked roaster Yuya Kosakada of Raw Sugar Roast , who is from Kushiro City, Hokkaido, to roast it.

It was Mr. Kosakada 's first time roasting Hawaiian Kona, but he roasted it to bring out the nutty and raisin-like flavors that are unique to Hawaiian Kona.
