The limited lot [SJBA] Brazil/Sao John Grande Farm/ Bourbon /Anaerobic, produced exclusively for CROWD ROASTER , is a complex and distinctive coffee with a Brazilian aroma, a fruity acidity that is unusual for Brazil, and a slight fermented taste that is characteristic of Anaerobic.
[CSLC] Colombia / El Paraiso Farm / Castillo / Double Anaerobic Lychee is a new flavor created by farm owner Diego Samuel Bermudez, who thoroughly researched post-harvest flavor creation and used anaerobic fermentation and a unique drying method to create a new flavor. When lightly roasted, it has a clean citrus acidity. It is a popular brand with a flavor reminiscent of lychee and peach.
