This is a brand that will allow you to fully experience the charm of Panamanian coffee, not just Geisha !
This coffee will be roasted by Tanaka Yoshiya ( SPARK COFFEE ROASTERS ), who recently performed well at the Japan Barista Championship 2024!
We received the following comment from Tanaka Yoshiya :
Comment from roaster Tanaka Yoshiya
The JBC 2024 main tournament, in which I was serious about taking the championship title, ended in a mediocre result, and I have been unable to shake off the indescribable regret and unease that I felt.
This is Yoshiya from Spark Coffee.
In the midst of all this, we received this request from the management.
"Please grill some Panama Donpachi," I thought, "Yeesss, Panama Geisha here we come!" but it turned out to be a Typica variety.
Come to think of it, it's been a while since I roasted 100% Typica .
In my opinion, Typica is the epitome of a clean cup. And this time it's washed.
I think Spark roasting is the best way to express that. I'm looking forward to roasting it.

What is Don Pachi Farm?
Don Pachi Farm is world famous as the farm that first brought and planted Geisha seedlings in Panama.
From here, Geisha traveled to the Esmeralda Farm, and the legend of the Panamanian Geisha that astonished the world began.
Coffee cherries grown in the Callejon Seco region along the naturally beautiful Boquete Valley are rich in aroma and flavor, and boast an unshakable balance and quality in the diverse Panamanian coffee world, making them loved around the world.
We would like to introduce you to a Typica lot with an elegant flavor that was specially selected by the current farm owner, Francisco Serracin, who inherited it from the previous Don, Francisco Serracin, who was the father of Panama Geisha .
This lot was grown at an altitude of 1,620 metres, under the shade of approximately 100 legume trees per hectare.
The cultivation site is unique, with an annual rainfall of 2,780mm, trade winds from Masahiro Ocean, and volcanic, sandy loam soil.
A balanced nutritional regime from the roots and leaves results in a superb cup with unique and unparalleled characteristics.
