La Uelia Geisha highly praised by the Specialty Coffee Shinkansen
On December 7, 2024, Japan's leading baristas and roasters boarded the Tokaido Shinkansen Nozomi train running between Tokyo and Kyoto on the "Specialty Coffee Shinkansen" to serve the finest coffee.
The coffee provided by Kosakada at this event is the "La Hueria Geisha Natural N97 Anaerobic Lot3" which will be on sale this time.
At this event, baristas Takayuki Ishitani, Ippei Nishio, and Kosakada each served special coffee like the kind used in competitions on board the Shinkansen.

Among them, "La Hueria Geisha " surprised event participants with its intense flavor and taste, as well as its rarity.
The limited edition product being sold this time is coffee roasted in the same way as the one used in Kosakada 's "Specialty Coffee Shinkansen."
As you can see from Kosakada 's comment, "We put a lot of effort into roasting this, so we hope you'll look forward to it," this coffee will be roasted with all our heart and soul.

Coffee that only two buyers in the world can buy
There is a reason why this "La Hueria Geisha " is said to be the rarest in the world.
This is because production is limited to begin with, and coffee is only sold to buyers approved by Pedro Moss, the owner of the La Huelia coffee farm. There are currently only two such buyers in the world.
One of them is Brisa & Tierra, an importer that works with CROWD ROASTER .
Another buyer delivered it to the UK, where it won the Golden Folk Award at the UK's Great Taste Awards, known as the "Oscars of food," and is also consumed by the British Royal Family.
At La Huelia farm in Boquete, Panama, farmer Pedro Moss lays the coffee cherries in African beds in his own landscaped processing plant and processes them day and night.

In order to be environmentally friendly, they have developed their own fermentation technology to avoid using large amounts of water. Their commitment to the honey process and the quality of the finished product are so great that they are called the best in the world.
"N97" is the new flagship Panamanian coffee, perfected by the lone innovator Pedro Mos through years of research and techniques.
The highest grade coffee, "N97," is based on the concept of a perfect score based on the coffee's own evaluation. Roasted by Kosakada , it has been elevated to an unparalleled coffee with complex flavors of grape, rosemary, and citrus peel.
Whether you were unable to ride the Specialty Coffee Shinkansen or experienced it on board, you can still enjoy this exquisite cup of coffee in the comfort of your own home.
This is a very limited quantity sale from December 16th to 18th!
