I continue to brew every day, wondering how I can make the coffee taste even better, in pursuit of the ideal hand-drip coffee.
And the more you pursue it, the more you will start thinking about things like what you need to modify in your current drip coffee to reduce the bitterness, or how to bring out more flavor or sweetness.
However, although this seems simple, it is surprisingly difficult to correct hand drip coffee.
In other words, it is not easy to change the way you brew tea because you have become accustomed to it on a daily basis, and before you know it, you will have lost your way.
I think the more you get into it, the more you will realize this.
