Tomomichi Morifuji of REDPOISON will be creating art for the new generation of Panama's Geisha , "Flying Pumas."

Morifuji , who works as a roaster at CROWD ROASTER , appeared as a guest barista for BARNEYS CAFE BY CROWD ROASTER 1st anniversary celebration. For this special event only, Morifuji roasted a special Panama Geisha coffee, which is this "Flying Pumas."

A vibrant fruitiness and a rich, lingering finish. This lot boasts a rich character that evokes a new generation of Panama Geisha coffee. Morifuji has poured his heart and soul into roasting it.

Taste

The flavor combines the juiciness of star fruit with a sweet and sour taste reminiscent of tamarind. The rich flavor of rum raisins and the depth of dark chocolate intertwine, and a sophisticated, complex acidity like balsamic vinegar adds depth to the taste.

This wine boasts rich flavor thanks to its natural refining process that incorporates anaerobic fermentation, yet maintains a clean mouthfeel. You can slowly enjoy the evolution of its taste, from vibrant fruitiness to a calm, lingering finish.

At the guest barista event, Mr. Morifuji himself brewed this coffee. Everyone who tasted it was amazed by the new possibilities of coffee and praised it highly.
