Beautiful Coffee Life 11

Lifestyle interview project 11th!

We asked people we met around town who lead wonderful coffee lives about how they enjoy coffee!
This time, it's "Christopher".

Editor: Please tell me your name.

Mr. Christopher: My name is Christopher.

Editorial Department: What are Christopher's hobbies? I think it has something to do with the fact that it's hanging around my neck (lol)

Christopher: Yes, that's correct (lol). My hobby is photography. I especially like photographing old castles. Ancient castles in Europe are full of history and beauty, and it is a joy to capture that atmosphere in Shin . It's a great hobby for me because I get to travel around the world with my camera.

And just like my camera, I'm also particular about my coffee. I often visit local coffee shops when I travel, and I also try various methods to make delicious coffee at home. Cameras and coffee are two of my favorite hobbies, and they both bring joy and creativity to my life.

Editorial Department: I think coffee and cameras have a lot in common, but among them, what is the most important thing to you?

Christopher: Coffee and cameras certainly have a lot in common. But the most important thing for me is to express myself through both.

By taking Shin with a camera, I am able to reflect my own perspective and sensibilities in the images. Through Shin , you can convey the beauty and emotion you feel. Similarly, coffee is a way to express my personality and tastes. By being particular about how you choose beans and how you brew them, you can create your own unique flavor.

Therefore, cameras and coffee are very important to me as a means of self-expression. Each one reflects my personality and passions and becomes a form that I can share with others. I think the most important thing is for people to feel something through my Shin and coffee.

Editorial Department: I see! Just as they are particular about old castles when it comes to cameras, they seem to be particular about their coffee as well.

Christopher: Well, I'm as picky about my coffee as I am about my camera. You can not only drink coffee, but also be particular about its taste, aroma, and brewing method. The taste of coffee changes depending on small factors such as the type of bean, origin, roasting method, and extraction method.

I visit different coffee shops and roasteries and do a lot of trial and error to find the coffee that suits my taste. I also often make my own coffee at home using a coffee maker or manual brewing equipment.

Coffee reflects the local climate and culture, so visiting a local coffee shop is a fun way to travel. Just as my camera allows me to travel, coffee also provides me with new tastes and encounters.

My obsession with coffee goes beyond just drinking it, I'm also interested in the story behind it and the connection with people. For me, cameras and coffee are both ways to open up new worlds and share them.

Editorial Department: Christopher's own self-expression, whether it's coffee or a camera, may mean that he always identifies with the stories and connections with people that are hidden behind the scenes.

Mr. Christopher: That's right. My self-expression is rooted in the stories and connections with people behind the works and experiences created through coffee and cameras. Shin and coffee are not just tools or hobbies, they are a way to express my heart and emotions.

By photographing ancient castles with a camera, you can not only convey their history and beauty, but also explore the stories and culture behind them, and feel a connection with the people. Similarly, coffee is not just about drinking; it involves many other factors, such as where the beans come from, the story of the producer, the atmosphere of the coffee shop, and the interaction with the barista. Through these, I am able to express my individuality and sensibilities and explore myself deeply.

My self-expression is enriched not only by the pursuit of beautiful Shin and delicious coffee, but also by the stories behind them and the connections I make with people. By valuing those connections and stories, I myself can grow and make new discoveries.

Editor: I understand. You can feel Christopher's depth. The Shin are amazing, so I would definitely like to try the coffee that Christopher brews.

Christopher: Thank you! I'm very happy that you can enjoy my Shin and coffee together.

If you have a chance, I would like you to try the coffee that I brew. I often make coffee at home, so if you're in the area, please give me a call. We can also introduce you to delicious coffee shops and roasteries, so let's explore a new world of coffee together!

Also, if you enjoy my photo- Shin , please check Shin out as I share them on my website and social media. I hope that my Shin can deliver beautiful moments to customers as well. We look forward to seeing you again!

Editorial Department: I'll take a look! Next time, I'd love to have Christopher's coffee with Shin Photoshoot (lol) Thank you for today!

Christopher: Thank you! I would be happy if you could enjoy coffee with Kojo no Shin (lol). Thank you for your wonderful time today!
