We will be inviting Yuya Kosakada a roaster from the popular specialty coffee shop Raw Sugar Roast and a participant in CROWD ROASTER , to participate in a talk session and serve CROWD ROASTER brand coffee that he roasted himself.
The talk will be titled "The sweet and smart Yuya Kosakada and the secrets of RawSugar, changing the coffee industry," and Kosakada will share his passion for the secret behind the popularity of Raw Sugar Roast , roasting, and the future of the specialty coffee industry!
Three roasters will be gathered together for a roaster roundtable discussion that you won't find anywhere else! [12:00-13:00]
Starting at 12 o'clock, we will be inviting four roasters Mikami Hitomi and Hitomi Ryo Roast Design Coffee , Tanaka Yoshiya from SPARK COFFEE ROASTERS , and Daito Hagiwara THE COFFEESHOP - for a talk session titled " What's the interesting part about roasting? "

From 3:30pm, we will be inviting Nakamura Keita LiLo Coffee Roasters to host a talk session and serve coffee.

ENOHARA conveys the appeal of specialty coffee in various ways.
