SCAJ2023 is an annual specialty coffee festival that will be held for three days starting Wednesday, September 27th.
As previously announced, CROWD ROASTER will also be exhibiting at a booth!

We invited Yuya Kosakada , a roaster at the popular specialty coffee shop " Raw Sugar Roast " and a participant in CROWD ROASTER , to give a talk session and show her the behavior of CROWD ROASTER brand coffee that she roasted herself. I will do it.
 
The talk was entitled ``Sweet and smart Yuya Kosakada and the secret of RawSugar that will change the coffee industry.'' Mr. Kosakada talked about the secret behind the popularity of `` Raw Sugar Roast ,'' roasting, and the future of the specialty coffee industry. Let's talk about your thoughts!

Three roasters gather together for a roaster roundtable discussion that you won't hear anywhere else! 【12:00-13:00】

 
From 12:00, we will invite four roasters Roast Design Coffee Mikami Hitomi , Hitomi Ryo, SPARK COFFEE ROASTERS Tanaka Yoshiya , and THE COFFEESHOP Daito Hagiwara , and ask them, `` What's interesting about roasting? '' We will hold a talk session titled ?
 
We will be asking the roasters who are participating in CROWD ROASTER to give honest talks that you won't often hear again.
What's interesting about roasting? , What's the difference between your roasting and other people's? , Where do you look at green beans when baking? This is a talk session where you can understand the charm of roasting unique to these unique roasters.

Interview between Nakamura roaster, representative of Japan who is challenging the world, and coach Hitomi [13:00-14:00]

 
From 1:00 p.m., there will be a conversation between Japanese roasting champion Yoshiyuki Nakamura , who is competing in the world competition, and his coach, Hitomi Hitomi, on the topic " How to become the world's best roaster ."
 
We asked the two, who are making final preparations for the world roasting competition "WCRC" to be held in Taiwan in November, how they can become the best in the world at roasting!

How did Mr. Kiyokazu grow Glich Coffee & Roasters, a roastery that is popular with Hikaru from overseas?
Also, how did you develop the former members of Glich who are active in various places?

How to enjoy coffee taught by LiLo Nakamura Keita [15:30-16:30]

 
From 3:30 pm, we will invite Nakamura Keita of LiLo Coffee Roasters to have a talk session and serve coffee.
 
The talk theme was " Tell me, ENOHARA -san! Crossover ways to enjoy coffee ."
 
ENOHARA conveys the appeal of specialty coffee in various ways.
We will take a deep dive into ENOHARA 's thoughts on such activities, roasting coffee at LiLo Coffee Roasters , and more!
