A showdown between Japan Brewer Champions! [11:00-12:00]
We will be hosting a drip battle between the two 2022 and 2023 JBrC (Japan Brewers Cup) champions!
Brewman Tokyo 's Hikaru Ono , the 2012 winner, and current champion Tomoki Shiraishi will brew the same brand of coffee at the same time, and then have people in attendance judge their selection.
Be sure to pay close attention to the dripping techniques of these two contestants and enjoy this extravagant showdown both in person and via live stream!

Behind the scenes of the coffee festival [12:00-12:30]
Next, starting at 12 o'clock, we will be welcoming Yu Momosaki, organizer of the Yokohama Coffee Festival, to CROWD ROASTER RADIO.
Now in its third year, we'll take a look behind the scenes at this coffee festival.
The young barista, Momosaki, will also share his thoughts on why he started the festival.
Did they burn down the COE farm? Talk by roaster Iwasaki [12:30-13:00]
Starting at 12:30, we will be welcoming Yuya Iwasaki from Takamura Coffee Roasters to RADIO.
We will be bringing you a roasting talk from Iwasaki , who has roasted many auction lots, including COE award-winning beans, about what makes those beans different, what you should be careful of when roasting, and more, which you can only hear here!
What can you learn by taking apart an espresso machine? [13:30-14:00]
Starting at 1:30pm, we will be inviting Honda Kokoro from R&D ESPRESSO to RADIO for a talk session.
In a segment titled "The Deep World of Coffee Machines," we ask Honda, a professional in the maintenance of espresso machines and other machines, about the world of coffee machines, including the characteristics of various machines that he knows from performing maintenance, and about the Aillio, a small roaster.
RED POISON Morifuji 's talk and extraction show [14:00-15:00]
Starting at 2pm, we will be inviting Tomomichi Morifuji from RED POISON COFFEE ROASTERS to hold a talk session and serve coffee.
Morifuji uses a roasting machine that he designed himself to create one-of-a-kind coffee.
We will ask you in detail about the secrets of roasting and extraction!
Of course, you can also sample the coffee roasted and brewed by Morifuji !
At CROWD ROASTER booth, Morifuji will also be selling coffee roasted specially for this event!
Famous Panama farm owners will be gathering at CROWD ROASTER booth! [15:00-]
A special event will be held from 3pm! Panamanian farm owners will gather at the booth to talk about the appeal of Panamanian coffee.
Guests will be coming from famous farms such as Esmeralda Farm and Longboard Farm!
This amazing project will explore the possibilities of Panamanian Geisha and Panamanian coffee!
Next, the awards ceremony for the Panama Coffee Roasting Competition 2023 will be held!
This roasting contest was started this year to spread the appeal of Panamanian coffee.
The winner will finally be announced here!
There will be a ton of events happening at CROWD ROASTER booth on the second day as well.
