SPARK COFFEE ROASTERS Tanaka Yoshiya

Mr. Yoshiya roasted "[CSLC] Colombia/El Paraiso Farm/ Castillo /Double Anaerobic Lychee".



When warm, it has a sweetness reminiscent of peach or strawberry jam, and as it cools down, a fresh flavor reminiscent of lychee emerges.

[Recommended extraction recipe]
Beans: 30g
Extraction amount: 400ml
Pouring amount: 550ml
Extraction time: 2 minutes Steaming: 50 seconds Grind: Medium coarse Water temperature: 92 degrees

The key is to make the water temperature higher than for other coffees.
This is a cup that brings out the juicy and fresh flavor typical of lychees.
For this reason, we recommend that you extract the water at a high temperature.

Mr. Morifuji roasted "[CSRT] Colombia/El Paraiso Farm/ Castillo /Double Anaerobic Rose Tea".


Morifuji 's [CSRT] is characterized by its gorgeousness, just like rose tea, and its tea-like, clear drinking experience.

Extraction time: 1 minute 50 seconds Steaming: 45 seconds Grinding: Medium water temperature: 91 degrees

The key is to extract more coffee than other coffees.
Morifuji 's coffee is a cup that you want to enjoy with its clear and smooth taste.
For this reason, we recommend increasing the amount of extraction.
By removing a large amount of coffee, you will use a large amount of hot water to remove the coffee, making it easier to drink a clear and light drink.

GLITCH COFFEE&ROASTERS Suzuki Kiyokazu

Mr. Kiyokazu roasted "[CSLM] Colombia/El Paraiso Farm/ Castillo /Double Anaerobic Lime".


This brand has a stronger body than other El Paraiso Farm lots.
This is a cup where you can enjoy the sharp sourness of lime and the flavor of grapefruit.

The key is to extract it more carefully than other brands.
Kiyokazu 's [CSLM] has more body than other brands, but also brings out the fruit flavor, making it a cup that you want to balance the two elements well.

Therefore, we recommend taking the extraction time and brewing slowly.
By taking more time to extract, it becomes easier to express the body feel.
