STORY

[Reservations now open] A special seminar will be held for those who really want to know about "Panama Geisha "

CROWD ROASTER is pleased to announce that it will be holding its first-ever full-scale specialty coffee seminar!

The theme is " Panama Geisha ", the world's best coffee.
We will provide a systematic explanation, including tastings, of the characteristics of Panama Geisha , the terroir of each producing area, and the differences in taste due to selection methods.
Manabu will also be able to learn about quality evaluation, and you will know how to evaluate and taste Panama Geisha !

The luxury of tasting six types of the world's best Geisha coffee at once

Panama Geisha is a high-quality coffee, so it is quite difficult to compare multiple brands.
At this seminar, you will be able to taste a total of six types Geisha at once, based on the washed and natural varieties from Esmeralda Farm, which are representative of Panama Geisha .

This extensive lineup (worth tens of thousands of yen alone!) even explains the differences in the terroirs of each wine region in Panama.
There is no other opportunity to delve so deeply into the Panamanian Geisha .

Hitomi , a leading Japanese coffee specialist, gives a thorough explanation

The instructor will be Hitomi Ryo, an advisor for CROWD ROASTER and the roasting coach representing Japan at the World Coffee Roasting Championship (WCRC).

In this seminar, Hitomi , who has extensive knowledge of terroir and quality evaluation, will explain the history of Geisha coffee from its origins to the present, as well as the differences in taste due to the terroir and refining methods of each producing region in Panama, with some tasting included.

Furthermore, the book contains in-depth content that goes into understanding Geisha through comparison with Ethiopian coffee, where Geisha originates, and the concept of quality evaluation, making it enjoyable for coffee lovers and professionals at all levels.

Hitomi , who has conducted many seminars in the past, has always wanted to hold a seminar like this, but was not able to do so until now due to the difficulty of gathering multiple Panamanian Geisha .

We also received a comment from Hitomi .
