This year's Golden Week theme is "Saint Bernese Islands," a fictional resort island that will appear for a limited time at the Barneys New York Ginza flagship store.

On a plate predominantly in blue, the island breeze and Hikaru rain down. You don't have to travel; there's a resort right here in Ginza.

The food menu is supervised by Chef Patissier Keiji Seki of the Ginza dessert salon " LA MAISON DE B ".

This chef, who uses absolutely no artificial colors, flavors, Manabu seasonings, preservatives, or refined sugar, magically creates dishes that maximize the power of pesticide-free, organic, and organic ingredients.

Chef Seki, who has been behind BARNEYS CAFE's seasonal culinary experiences, from the Valentine's Day caviar course to the spring " Diagonal Tea Ceremony ," has now brought to life a vibrant "blue" created using only plant-based ingredients.

A dish inspired by fictional islands brings a resort-like atmosphere to your table in Ginza.

We offer a special course, the Treasure Set (¥8,000), which includes three food items and one drink. The three dishes, from the chilled soup to the tart and marinade, each showcase a different expression of "blue."

Organic new potato vichyssoise with Parmesan tuiles and free-range pork bacon bits.
A chilled soup made with carefully prepared seasonal new potatoes. The crisp texture of the Parmesan tuiles and the saltiness of the homemade bacon bits blend smoothly together.

Grilled eggplant and white miso tart ~with rosemary and a blue breeze~
A tart featuring fragrant roasted eggplant layered with the rich flavor of Kyoto's "Yamari" white miso. A vibrant blue accent is added with butterfly pea jelly.

New onion mousse and marinated organic vegetables ~A green ripple with a hint of mint~
This dish features a mousse made with exceptionally sweet new onions, paired with mint-flavored jelly and couscous. Its refreshing, almost ocean-like quality provides a light and pleasant conclusion to the course.

The limited-time "Blue Mousse" dessert and one drink are included in the Gold Set (¥3,400), a treat you'll want to savor slowly in the afternoon.

  Blue Mousse ~A Drop of Citrus and Mango Vinegar~
The base is a coconut milk mousse infused with the fragrance of organically grown roses. A Kawachi Bankan orange jelly in the center bursts with each bite, followed by the refreshing acidity of a special mango vinegar sauce. The pure "blue" color is achieved without any artificial coloring. It can also be ordered as a single item (¥1,650).

For drinks, we offer "ST.BARNEYS ISLAND BLENDS Coffee" (¥1,800 Hot/Iced), an original blend made with specialty coffee carefully selected by CROWD ROASTER .

Made with generous amounts of Panama Geisha , known as the world's finest quality coffee, this carefully crafted blend features a tropical flavor with aromas of lychee and hibiscus.

The sweet and clear texture of this specialty coffee gently carries on the lingering aftertaste of Chef Seki's cuisine.

We also offer bottled coffee beans for takeaway (100g / ¥8,000).

"Blue Lagoon Lemonade" and "Island Blue Gin Tonic" express a vibrant blue color.

For those who prefer alcohol, we offer the "Island Blue Gin and Tonic" (¥2,200), a limited-time drink that reflects the island's clear waters. Champagne and natural white wine are also available as options.

For non-alcoholic drinks, we offer the vibrant "Blue Lagoon Lemonade" (¥1,200), made with homemade syrup flavored with lemons and spices from Hiroshima.
