After gaining experience as a person in charge of roasting more than 1 ton per month at a roasting company, he opened a shop in Sendai with a custom-made roasting machine "Tokyo Sanki TG-5". With the concept of "Good coffee sparks your day," we welcome coffee lovers from not only the local area but also from all over Japan.
We asked Mr. Yoshiya about what he felt after participating in CROWD ROASTER and what attracted him to it.

Both the raw beans and the roaster are high-end.
─ What made you join CROWD ROASTER ?
Mr. Yoshiya : Mr. Ishitani, a champion barista, introduced me to this product, and I thought it was definitely interesting. I participated because I wanted to try something new.
-What do you think are the unique features of CROWD ROASTER ?
Yoshiya : In the case of CROWD ROASTER , the premise is that the quality of both the roaster and the beans is guaranteed.
I think it's interesting that you can choose a high-end combination of both the quality of the green beans and the roaster, rather than the beans that the roaster stocks.

Yoshiya : One thing I'm looking forward to is expanding overseas. We might be able to use roasters from overseas, and of course we might be able to export beans from Japanese roasters overseas. I think this is a service that has the potential to expand further.
I think the appeal is the mechanism that allows users and roasters to communicate. I like that users can leave comments after sending beans, and the roaster can respond to them.
I think there are still people out there who want to enjoy coffee that is one step further and want their roasters to roast their green beans, so I hope the number of users will continue to grow.
