The new feature is the ability to specify your desired roast level.
(As always, the event may be canceled.)
Previously, you could request the roaster's desired roast level in the comments section, but now, with just one button, you can easily request the desired roast level and order a roast event.

The addition of this new function will allow you to further deepen your communication with our roasters.
Of course, you cannot make an order that deviates significantly from the roaster's style, but if you want to try a different taste than usual, feel free to order the roast level displayed.
Even if you buy the same brand many times before, you may find that a completely new world opens up before you.
You can choose from nine different roasting levels: "Leave it to the roaster" and "Eight types, from light to Italian."
You can choose "Leave it to the roaster" and enjoy coffee at the roast level that the roaster is most comfortable with, or you can choose the roast level that you prefer and enjoy even more customization.
