The "Miura Fukukitaru 1CCC Champion BOX" is a tasting set from Takuya Miura of FUKUSUKE COFFEE ROASTERY , who joined CROWD ROASTER as a new roaster.
We are very grateful for the overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received.

This is the first ever tasting set from CROWD ROASTER , packed with Miura 's meticulous attention to detail.
This time, after carefully considering the compatibility between Mr. Miura and the brands, we have selected three unique brands.
The three selected teas are: [CSRT] Colombia El Paraiso Farm Castillo Double Anaerobic Rose Tea, [GJE] Ethiopia Guji Natural, and [KKW] Kenya Tim Factory SL28 Washed.
This time, after carefully considering the compatibility between Mr. Miura and the brands, we have selected three unique brands.
The three selected teas are: [CSRT] Colombia El Paraiso Farm Castillo Double Anaerobic Rose Tea, [GJE] Ethiopia Guji Natural, and [KKW] Kenya Tim Factory SL28 Washed.

【CSRT】Colombia/El Paraiso Farm/Castillo/Double Anaerobic Rose Tea

As the name suggests, 【CSRT】 features a rosehip-like flavor as its base, along with numerous other fruit flavors such as strawberry and peach.
【ratio】
Beans: 30g
Extraction amount: 400ml
Pouring amount: 600ml
Extraction time: 1 minute 45 seconds, Steeping: 40 seconds, Grind size: Medium-coarse, Water temperature: 92 degrees
There are two key points.
① With a faster extraction time than other brands, [CSRT] is characterized by its tea-like and light impression.
We extract the ingredients with care, making sure to bring out their best qualities.
Shortening the brewing time tends to result in a lighter, more refreshing coffee.
To bring out the light flavor that is the hallmark of [CSRT], we recommend brewing it for a shorter time than other varieties.
② Grind it coarsely. To create the clear, refreshing taste that is characteristic of [CSRT], we recommend grinding it coarser than other roast levels.
【GJE】Ethiopia/Guji/Natural

【GJE】 is truly strawberry! There's also a lingering sweetness reminiscent of milk chocolate, creating a well-balanced and enjoyable experience.

Extraction time: 2 minutes, Steeping: 1 minute, Grind size: Medium, Water temperature: 90 degrees
There are two key points.
① GJE, which requires a longer brewing time than other brands, is a cup that we hope you will enjoy for its excellent balance of sweetness and acidity.
This is a drink that aims to bring out the fruity flavor and chocolatey richness inherent in the brand, while maintaining a good balance.
To achieve this, it's ideal to consume all flavors in a balanced way.
By allowing a longer steeping time, the flavors are extracted slowly, making it easier to fully bring out the aroma.
② Pouring with thick water <br />Since the steeping time is longer, it tends to result in a richer flavor and a coffee that is a little on the heavy side.
Therefore, by pouring with a generous amount of hot water, we adjust the concentration and aim for a well-balanced coffee.
【KKW】Kenya/Tim Factory/ SL28 /Washed

【KKW】 features juicy flavors of blackberry and citrus, along with a gentle sweetness reminiscent of wasanbon sugar, making it enjoyable to drink to the last drop.

Pouring amount: 550ml
Extraction time: 2 minutes 15 seconds; Steeping time: 50 seconds; Grind size: Medium; Water temperature: 92 degrees
There are two key points.
① The KKW grind is slightly finer than other brands, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors.
To bring out its best qualities, we recommend grinding the beans a little finer to allow for easier extraction of the flavor.
② Pour slowly with a thin stream of hot water <br />To create a complex and impressive cup of coffee, we recommend pouring slowly with a thin stream of hot water.
Pouring slowly allows you to better appreciate the various flavors.
