The Popayan Plateau in Colombia's central mountainous region is a region with large temperature differences and good rainfall, making it suitable for growing high-quality coffee.
Camilo Melisallo has created a sustainable farm through environmental initiatives such as soil conservation and biodiversity protection.

What gives this coffee its color is a unique selection method called gold washing.
The harvested cherries are soaked in water for one hour and then pulped in a sealed tank for 96 hours. The fruit is then soaked in coffee cherry pulp juice for 72 hours before drying on an African bed.
This creates a coffee with a unique, rich citrus flavor.

A new brand has taken the #1 spot!
This brand was well received by Ishii Yasuo of LEAVES COFFEE ROASTERS at SCAJ2023.

This coffee is characterized by its strong sweetness and comes from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, which is famous for producing specialty coffee.

Kirinyaga, located on the east side of Mount Kenya, is a famous coffee producing region along with Nyeri and Karatina. The 12 factories (selected facilities) run by the region's historic Baragui Agricultural Cooperative (founded in 1953) constantly share information and pay attention to maintaining quality.

The careful work of the producers and Tim Factory has resulted in a coffee that has a firm sweetness, complex flavor, and mild acidity that can be felt at any roast level.

Please enjoy this coffee roasted by your favorite roaster, which has a completely different taste from the common image of Kenya.
