Brewer Japan Champion Extraction Showdown! Best drip competition
On the second day, the 28th, an extraction showdown between dream champions was held at the CROWD ROASTER booth!
A serious extraction battle between JBrC2022 champion Brewman Tokyo Hikaru Ono vs JBrC2023 champion Tomoteru Shiraishi!
We had both people brew the same beans, and the audience, acting as judges, compared the drinks and voted for which one they thought was tastier.
Two rounds will be held, and the winner will be the one with the most total votes, an unprecedented direct showdown between brewer champions!
Many people gathered at our booth to watch the showdown of the century unfold!
The audience members who acted as judges were also Shin themselves.
Ono won the first round, and Shiraishi won the second round.
