Suzuki Kiyokazu on how to make "Glitch"
On the first day, the 27th, we invited Suzuki Kiyokazu owner and roaster of Glitch Coffee & Roasters, to hold a talk session and serve coffee.
The talk theme was " Popular overseas too! How was the one and only "Glitch" created ?"
How has Kiyokazu grown Glitch Coffee & Roasters, a roastery that is popular with Hikaru from overseas?
First of all, what was it that Kiyokazu Manabu from the world barista champion Paul Bassett? We asked him about it, a story you won't find anywhere else.
Brand manager Ikeda, who is currently a barista at Paul Bassett, also popped in to join in. He also talked about when Paul Bassett first opened 17 years ago.
As the staff that Kiyokazu trained go on to open their own restaurants, the number of rival stores increases, but Kiyokazu is inspired by these rivals and continues to improve himself, and I take my hat off to him for that.
