The first person I asked to roast the coffee was Ishii Yasuo LEAVES COFFEE ROASTERS .
 

Yasuo 's [KKW] is characterized by its tea-like impression, gentle sweetness, and light drinking experience.

Extraction time: 1 minute 45 seconds Steaming: 40 seconds Grind: Medium coarse Water temperature: 90 degrees

The key is to make the extraction time faster than with other roast degrees.
Yasuo 's coffee this time has a tea-like impression, with a gentle sweetness and a light drinking experience.
We aim to create a flavor that brings out the best of it.

By shortening the extraction time, you can easily create a gentle drinking experience.
Since we want to brew Yasuo 's coffee with a light flavor, we recommend brewing it faster than other roast levels.

mamepolepole Yoshiyuki Nakamura

The second person is mamepolepole Yoshiyuki Nakamura .
 

Nakamura 's [KKW] has an excellent balance of sweetness and sourness, and the flavor is complex.

The key is to allow more time for steaming than with other roasting degrees.

To achieve this, it is important to have a good balance of various tastes without relying on one flavor.

Therefore, we recommend allowing more steaming time.
By doing so, the flavor will be extracted slowly and it will be easier to get the full flavor.
