SPARK COFFEE ROASTERS Tanaka Yoshiya
Yoshiya roasted the following coffee beans: Colombia/El Paraiso Farm/ Castillo /Double Anaerobic Lychee (CSLC).
When warm, it has a sweetness reminiscent of peach or strawberry jam, and as it cools, a fresh flavor reminiscent of lychee appears.

Extraction volume: 400ml
Pouring amount: 550ml
Extraction time: 2 minutes Steaming: 50 seconds Grinding: Medium coarse grinding Water temperature: 92 degrees
The key is to use a higher water temperature than for other coffees.
This is a drink that brings out the juicy and fresh flavor of lychee.
For this reason, we recommend extracting the tea at a high water temperature.
Increasing the water temperature helps bring out the many fruit flavors, such as lychee and peach.

Morifuji roasted our "CSRT Colombia/El Paraiso Farm/ Castillo /Double Anaerobic Rose Tea."
Morifuji 's CSRT is characterised by its gorgeous rose tea flavour and clear, tea-like taste.

Extraction time: 1 minute 50 seconds Steaming: 45 seconds Grinding: Medium grind Water temperature: 91 degrees
The key is to extract more than other coffees.
Morifuji 's coffee is clear and smooth, and we hope you will enjoy it.
For this reason, we recommend increasing the extraction volume.
By brewing more coffee, you will be brewing it in more water, which will make the coffee clearer and lighter to drink.
GLITCH COFFEE&ROASTERS Suzuki Kiyokazu
Kiyokazu roasted the following coffee beans: Colombia/El Paraiso Farm/ Castillo /Double Anaerobic Lime (CSLM).
Compared to other lots from El Paraiso Farm, this is a brand with more body.
This drink has a sharp lime-like acidity and grapefruit-like flavor.

The key is to extract it more slowly than other brands.
Kiyokazu 's CSLM is a drink that has more body than other brands, but also brings out the fruit flavor, achieving a good balance between the two elements.
Therefore, we recommend taking your time to brew it slowly.
Taking the time to extract makes it easier to express the full body.
