TRUNK COFFEE is a specialty coffee shop based in Nagoya.
This is a renowned shop that popularized Scandinavian-style light-roast coffee in Japan.
At "TRUNK COFFEE," we offer a wide variety of coffee beans, from traditional varieties to innovative beans that have undergone unique fermentation processes. In particular, we deliver many new varieties and beans processed with new methods that allow customers to experience the new possibilities of coffee.

While the shop uses a Probat as its main roaster, CROWD ROASTER uses the Stronghold, a new generation electric roaster that is also used in world roasting competitions.
This roaster is equipped with three types of heat sources (hot air, drum heater, and halogen), and by controlling these during roasting, it is possible to create a wide range of flavors.
