It's been seven years since I first entered the coffee industry, including my time as a part-timer. Considering that I started brewing my own coffee by hand before that, I've been working with coffee for over ten years.
I am still experimenting in my quest to make even more delicious coffee, but I think I have finally come up with an extraction that I am satisfied with.

I used to work as a barista, so my friends often ask me how to make good coffee.

The answer is that I think the most important point is "steaming."
This may be because my master, who first taught me about hand dripping properly, repeatedly told me that "steaming is the key," but now I truly believe that this is true.
