The most important point in hand drip is “steaming”

It's been 7 years since I set foot in the coffee industry, including when I was part-time. Even before that, I started brewing coffee myself using hand drip, so I've been working with coffee for over 10 years.
I'm still going through trial and error in pursuit of even better tasting coffee, but I think I've reached a point where I'm satisfied with the brewing process.

I used to work as a barista, and my friends often ask me, ``How do you make delicious coffee?''

To answer that question, the point that I think is most important is "steaming."
This may be because my master, who first taught me seriously about hand drip, always told me that steaming is the lifeblood, and now I believe that to be true.
