What is the difference between yellow, gold, and black? Costa Rican Honey Process [Coffee Fanatic Hitomi 's Deep Coffee World No. 16]

Hello!! I'm Coffee Fanatic Hitomi !!

In the Pulped Naturals section of the Production Processing series, we will continue to introduce the honey process!

[Variations of Honey Processing in Costa Rica]

・White
・Yellow
・Gold/Red/Black Gold/Red/Black
・Anaerobic/Culturing

Last time I explained white honey, so I'd like to start with yellow!

[Yellow Honey]

Light brown = yellow??

The most standard honey process is yellow honey.

The basic process is almost the same as for regular pulped naturals. When using the water channel, the mucilage content is slightly reduced because it is somewhat water-soluble and rubs against the water channel and other parchment. At this level, it is likely that the paper can be dried directly on a raised drying rack called a suspended patio (African bed) without pre-drying.
