~Corn, tomato water jelly, sansho pepper milk sauce~
This dish combines firm, chewy Miwa somen noodles with a corn puree that brings out the sweetness of the corn and a clear tomato water jelly. A hint of sansho pepper in the milk sauce adds a refreshing touch to the summer ingredients. It can also be ordered as a single item (¥3,300).
