On September 20th, BARNEYS CAFE BY CROWD ROASTER will welcome Tomomichi Morifuji from REDPOISON as a guest barista.
Morifuji , a participating roaster in CROWD ROASTER , will be roasting two rare Panama Geisha varieties specifically for this event.
Among them, Flying Pumas is a noteworthy new-generation farm located in Volcan, Chiriquí Province, Panama, where the volcanic soil and cool high-altitude environment are utilized. It won an award in Geisha Washed category at the 2025 Best of Panama competition. This Geisha , Natural Anaerobic is a particularly valuable lot that expresses the farm's meticulous approach to fermentation and refining.
The other is Janson's Geisha Natural, from a leading producer in Panama. Please experience the distinct characteristics of these two Geisha through Morifuji 's own extraction process.
