1ST CRACK COFFEE CHALLENGE

What is 1CCC?

1ST CRACK COFFEE CHALLENGE (commonly known as 1CCC) is a roasting competition that aims to discover and nurture young roasters under the age of 35.
Organized by Giessen Japan, this competition showcases roasting techniques and presentation skills.
In the 2024 competition, the participants will compete in aroma analysis using gas chromatography in the preliminary round and in a presentation in the final.
We select outstanding young roasters using a unique evaluation method, which includes offering a welcome drink.
