For this set, we wanted to deliver the appeal of our new brand, KKW, so we carefully considered the compatibility of the brand and roast level and had three talented roasters roast the beans.
There are three levels of roasting: light roast, medium roast, and dark roast, allowing you to enjoy the difference between the different roasting levels.

Let us introduce the features of each.

I asked Morifuji to roast the beans at a light roast.
It is a light roast, so you can fully enjoy the flavor character of the brand.

It has a berry flavor of blackberry and raspberry as its base, combined with a refreshing herbal taste.
You can also detect a gentle sweetness reminiscent of wasanbon, making it a very complex and interesting coffee to drink.

 

 

I asked Sano to roast the beans at a medium roast.
It has an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, making it a drink you'll want to sip slowly until the very last drop.

Unlike Morifuji 's flavor, this coffee is roasted deeply, giving it a caramelized, slightly fragrant sweetness.
When it's warm it has a very sweet taste, but as it cools down fruit flavors such as lime and guava emerge.
This is the roasting level at which you can most easily feel the change in flavor due to temperature, so please enjoy it slowly.

 

 

I asked Nakamura to roast the coffee darkly.
It is a dark roast, so it has a bitter taste that comes from the degree of roasting, but thanks to Nakamura 's outstanding roasting techniques, there is no unpleasant bitterness or impurities, so you can enjoy it until the very end without getting tired of drinking it.

The flavors available include the sweetness of bitter chocolate and the soothing taste of oolong tea.
